These Terms govern your use of Buttter ("the app"), operated by Denys Rumiantsev, an individual developer ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, infringe others' rights, or submit unlawful content.
You retain ownership of the recipes, cookbooks, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the app and provide its features (including AI processing) for you.
The app uses AI to import, generate, and analyze recipes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or its dietary, nutritional, or allergen safety. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any recipe before relying on or preparing it.
Premium features may require a paid subscription processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings, subject to Apple's terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
